The Cabourne Court clinic was the founding practice which opened in 1993 and moved to its current location in 1994.

Based off Nettleham Road in the north of Lincoln in the Cabourne Court medical complex alongside the Co-op Pharmacy, Minster Medical Practice and Lindum Medical Practice.

It has a large, free car park with a designated disabled space outside the clinic. The clinic has four individual treatment rooms and access to rehabilitation and electrotherapy equipment.
