PHYSIO-LED REHAB CLASSES

We have four types of Physio-Led Rehab Classes available for you to join, including Back Conditioning and Lower Limb classes, available at Lincoln and South Lincoln, as well as Gently Does it (over 50’s) at our Marshall’s Yard venue and Gently Does it (For all ages) available at South Lincoln.

BACK CONDITIONING CLASS 

Available at Lincoln and South Lincoln

The back-conditioning class is designed to strengthen and make your back more resilient for the future. With a combination of strength and conditioning-based exercises and specific mobility and stretch-based exercises, this class, whether you are looking to maintain your back health for the future or having an episode of lower back pain right now, will give you the tools to have more confidence in your back!

LOWER LIMB CLASS 

Available at Lincoln and South Lincoln

The lower limb class targets all the major muscle groups in your legs to build strength and improve mobility. Our physio-led lower limb class is circuit-based, incorporating various of adaptable exercises you can adopt at home. We aim to educate, strengthen and empower you to improve the management of your lower limb condition.

GENTLY DOES IT (OVER 50’S) 

Available at Gainsborough

Weekly movement class & social for men & women 50yrs+

Our physio-led classes aim to help those over the age of 50 feel fitter, healthier and stronger by doing gentle exercise followed by social time with like-minded individuals.

GENTLY DOES IT (FOR ALL) 

Available at South Lincoln

Physio-led standing and seated exercise class aimed to improve mobility, movement and strength and have fun! Low-impact exercise to music that can be adapted to different abilities. Suitable for those with reduced mobility, osteoarthritis, multiple joint pain, Fibromyalgia, ME, chronic fatigue syndrome and/or general joint pain.
